.B pkmark
changes whether already-installed packages are roots of the explicit
.B world
set without reinstalling them.

Add each package to world.

.B dependency
Remove each package from world. The package remains installed and may later be
reported by
.B pkstat --orphans
if no explicit package reaches it.
.SH EXIT STATUS
Returns 0 on success, 2 for usage, 3 when a named package is not installed,
and 11 for database/locking failure.
