SPS Linux live ISOs (Splux, 2026-09-02-1)
SPS Linux live images for 2026-09-02-1. Use these instead of 2026-09-02. The previous Plasma live disc died in setup while Node's configure ran: Python 3.14 under /mnt imported subprocess from /usr/lib/python3.14 while _posixsubprocess.so lives in lib64, and mkpkg's host python wrappers still saw the target /usr/bin. This disc installs CPython with --libdir=/usr/lib64 --with-platlibdir=lib64. mkpkg keeps host gcc/python wrappers off the target PATH and unsets PYTHONHOME and PYTHONPATH. The Splux fastfetch logo is yellow with a white underline, and the right-hand stats use the same white. This disc is built from SPS 90cb9b1, sps-core d8b571a, and sps-extra dbda88f. 118 core recipes and 906 extra recipes are on the disc. Assets: - sps-live-tty.iso - console live image with recipes and a compiler - sps-live-tty-slim.iso - small console image; setup needs the network - sps-live-plasma.iso -
